Echuca Moama Play Co. – Hire Terms & Conditions

Hire Fee: $400 for a 5-hour hire period, including full setup and pack down of equipment (unless agreed otherwise).

Payment: $400 cash is required on drop-off before equipment is set up.

1. Delivery & Travel

Free delivery within a 20km radius of Echuca–Moama.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.

The hirer must ensure there is clear and easy access to the setup location.

2. Setup Requirements

Indoor use is preferred for safety and cleanliness.

Private use only - may not be set up in public area.

Outdoor setups must be on flat, level ground such as grass, concrete or decking.

Equipment cannot be used in wet or windy conditions. If weather is unsafe, the setup may need to be moved indoors or rescheduled.

3. Hire Period

Standard hire duration is 5 hours from the agreed start time.

Extended hire may be available upon request.

4. Rules of Play

For the safety of all children, the following rules must be followed:

For children under 5 years only

Adult supervision is required at all times

Socks must be worn – no shoes

No food, drinks, face paint, glitter, gum or pets in the play area

No rough play, pushing, climbing on walls or jumping off equipment

Balls must remain inside the ball pit- lost balls may lead to a fee

Do not move or relocate any equipment once set up

The hirer is responsible for ensuring all guests follow these rules.

5. Responsibility & Care

The hirer accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.

The hirer accepts full responsibility for any accident or injury.

Any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Equipment must not be dragged, lifted or used for purposes other than intended.

6. Payment

$400 cash payment is due on drop-off before setup begins.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is received on the day.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your hire, please notify us at least 24 hours before your event.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee due to loss of booking opportunity.

8. Safety & Weather

If conditions are unsafe (wind, rain, extreme heat), Echuca Moama Play Co. reserves the right to:

Decline outdoor setup

Move equipment indoors

Cancel or reschedule the booking for safety reasons

9. Agreement

By booking with Echuca Moama Play Co., the hirer agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above and accepts responsibility for the safe supervision and use of the equipment.
